Ultimately, the discussion will no longer be about whether or not your business has an enterprise dashboard and will instead focus on what kind of dashboard it uses and which KPI reports it provides.

The first graphic is of the process used to implement a particular dashboard measure. It's a 6 step process of Identification, Submission, Selection, Development, Testing, and Rollout.
This next screenshot is of the user requirements template for the proposed metric. The users are asked for the following: Metric title, description, look, assumptions, data source, update frequency, and Subject Matter Expert.
